I've been in court dozens of times with the University over this, and they still refuse to disclose who was the girl I supposedly attacked or what were the circumstances. And of course they wont't disclose who made the accusation (a different girl altogether.)Marty Greenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17624084719249673373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6856782335366504160.post-54952197290729801662013-02-25T02:28:07.286-06:002013-02-25T02:28:07.286-06:00You made a girl cry, man. Something bad psychologically going on here if you can't even guess why you're getting all of these complaints from multiple people from multiple schools.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6856782335366504160.post-46218961551973871372012-10-02T11:55:47.727-05:002012-10-02T11:55:47.727-05:00Dear Marty,

Education faculties and the school system really are nothing but "conformity factories". They allow very little room for those who have different personalities and skills. If you don't fit the mold....out you go! There is an extremely high dropout rate occurring in our schools (shhh, it's a dirty little secret we in education don't like to talk about). So take it from me (I taught for 8 years then left) you are much better off using your talents elsewhere. It was the best decision I ever made and has been extremely fulfilling to work in an area that allows for some creativity, independent thought and freedom. The education system will never say it's wrong, they will not apologize and they will not change in our lifetimes. Unfortunately they are making themselves obsolete. Good luck in your future endeavors....not everyone thinks your "crazy"!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6856782335366504160.post-1008586049698115712012-10-01T23:38:13.806-05:002012-10-01T23:38:13.806-05:00Marty, you conduct during this process, particular...Marty, you conduct during this process, particularly your refusal to meet with the dean, illustrates that you are not a team player. Teachers have to be team players. You just don't have the inner makeup to be a teacher. Perhaps you should try law. You seem to have an aptitude there.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6856782335366504160.post-8530024374628263282012-02-05T23:12:11.904-06:002012-02-05T23:12:11.904-06:00Sounds like they made the right decision.Sounds like they made the right decision.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6856782335366504160.post-77774997332988426622012-02-02T21:02:07.569-06:002012-02-02T21:02:07.569-06:00Because of the way in which you are unfolding the ...Because of the way in which you are unfolding the story, I'm a little confused. Not before. Otherwise I'm just helping them build their case. But that's just a part of what's going on here.

The real problem is that under non-academic misconduct, it's not a question of what I actually did, but the perceptions which my actions cause. So if people perceive that my actions are a threat to their "social environment", then I'm guilty of non-academic misconduct. It doesn't matter what I actually did.Marty Greenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17624084719249673373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6856782335366504160.post-57924768752033589372012-01-28T22:49:32.421-06:002012-01-28T22:49:32.421-06:00What happened with the ASL interpreter? What happened with the ASL interpreter?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
